I got a friend who constantly ribs me, 'cause he knows I'm obsessed with TW, about how TW would be a much better show if they showed somebody cleaning up after Myfanwy and the Weevils. That is the part that is unrealistic--not the rift, abbadon, sudden immortality, etc. Also, he thinks the boiler suits on the weevils are ridiculous and hilarious. He figures they couldn't figure a way to give 'em junk and not have it be totally absurd. So, instead they thought it would be better to dress up the feral savages in shiny uniforms.

The weevil boiler suits make ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE. Where do alien weevils who live in the sewer get matching jumpsuits? Do they have a laundry rota?
