We see 'Poltergeist' as if, um, as if we’re being handed the keys to the car and we’re gonna be really careful with it.”
It's Cameron Frye's dad's car. LEAVE IT IN THE GARAGE. Or you know, write some fanfic and post it on the internet. And then write something new or adapt one of the gazillion books in existence which hasn't already been made into a film people really liked. Because you're going to ruin the magic of the originals.
Yeah, I know they're "just" horror flicks. But they don't go off.
