It works for us because we're usually chatting in AIM at the same time, so she'll just tell me what she sees. =) If I were working with someone else, I'd probably email it. I like notes, rather than having my text changed, so I can choose what to change based on others' input.

Oh it's more like a note after the text rather than changing the original... or you know, if they add a semicolon, it's in another colour.
