It was Ianto's birthday yesterday.ask_aboutcoffee had a bit of a mishap involving a stray bullet which might have been meant for... everyone who unfortunately surprised him without notice on the big day. (Note to self: He does not like screaming/confetti cannons. He likes to be in on plans. Does this shock you? Yeah, no.)

TODAY is James Marsters' birthday and fans are celebrating the news that he'll have a "significant story arc" on upcoming BSG prequel series Caprica. I'ma have to watch that now. Frankly, I was planning on it anyway, since Jane Espenson of BtVS fame is writing and William B. Davis - The Cigarette Smoking Man from the X-Files(!) is to play the Minister of Defense. Plus, Eric Stoltz and Esai Morales and Cylons? WIN ALL AROUND, REALLY.
James will be portraying a lethal, dangerous and unpredictable terrorist leader. Right, he's typecast. I don't care. Why do you think I watched Torchwood for the first time?
