amand_r has posted We held gold dust in our hands. This is a story she's described as her "poly curtainfic", but it's much, much more than that. It's primarily Jack/Ianto/Lisa, but there's more, and everyone's in it, along with the Doctor and it's an AU, but... Jesus, just read it. It's amazing. It's domestic polyamory, and we never, ever see that. amand_r says it's the best thing she's ever written, but if you read her stuff, that's like the Beatles telling you "this is our best song".

gypsylady created an original RP character in Askverse, T the Time Agent. Of All The Gin Joints features T in a CoE fixit fic, but it's not parody/crack -- the other characters are the canon Torchwood crew. I have a soft spot for Time Agency OCs, because we all want to know know what Jack (and John) used to be like, and T knew-them-when. Canon pairings + T(Tessa)/Andy
Character Study: 536 words
cookiesofkarma is getting her writing mojo back (yays!) and explores Tosh's feelings for Owen in Unrequited. I really love what she's done with the imagery here. Angsty!
I spent $18 on candy yesterday to hand out to trick-or-treaters and it was gone by 8:15. Less than an hour and a half. The last load was 20 kids. AT ONCE. Getting cleaned out early is probably a good thing, because I was starting to dip into the sour gummy worms and Butterfingers...
