Old School X-fic and a couple of TW icons

So I was watching the second X-Files film today (I Want To Believe this doesn't suck as much as I thought it would, oh God, yes it does) and remembered this great fic archive for Scullycentric stories, Mulder, It's Me.

Now sadly gone (since 2003) but thanks to the Wayback Machine, I found some of the stories I liked so much and have been reminded of others. Good old Rachel Anton, Red Valerian, Plausible Deniability, Dasha K.  Children,</Chef from South Park voice> back in the old days, we didn't have LiveJournal. We didn't have The Pit. We had story archives which would just disappear. Okay, well, X-Philes had Gossamer.  However, rec sites were always best because well, they were rec sites and there were googolbytes of of not-so-great X-Files fic out there.

Cheapened Things by MD1016.  Mulder/Scully. This was one of the first pieces of fanfiction I came across, and the smut/angst is great. I may have nostalgia glasses on, but most shippers have recced this story at some point.

Cherry Ripe by Rachel Anton and Laura Blaurosen. Scully/Krycek. Ratboy fic! Always good for your foe yay needs.

Also, today I made some TW icons. The Ianto/Weevil ones made me laugh, anyway. Oh yeah, I just learned they should be .png files. I FAIL. But they suck anyway, except for the Tosh.
