Ho yeah, me, too. I'm all sorts of twitchy at the moment, actually, because our networked toaster failed around Thanksgiving, so I replaced it with two external USB hard drives (one per PC). And, voila, the new one FAILED just before Christmas. So, at the moment, I have no complete backup and only the partials I have done on Mozy and DVD. DO NOT LIKE.
Also, I do not recommend Iomega products anymore. Unless you want to pay a fee, your WARRANTY REPAIR involves weeks of waiting. I made the call before Christmas, and I still have not received the box to ship the failed drive back (they made some excuse about how they were SOO busy during the holidays, because, apparently, that never happened before so they could plan for it). They will not send the replacement until I have shipped the failed drive, and God knows how long that's going to take. Really, not happy.

His desktop has like, two things on it. He's an organisational demon.
