I wanted to share some cooking music (and holiday goofiness). :) (I left off the Burroughs, man.)

<3!

Happy turkey day. :D

I am going to eat so much that the story might become a folk song.

I sense... soup in your future. And bean-soaking!

I LOVE HAM. That's on the Christmas menu. (That's one thing I make. 1950's housewife-stylee, with pineapples and cherries stuck on.) :D

That's kind of what J is doing with it. Pineapples and cloves and suchlike. Skipping the brown sugar on account of mom's diabetes.

I'm thinking I'd like to do a goose for Solstice/Festivus/Festive Winter Holiday/Doctor Whomas.

Goose is great! You do have to put it on a rack in the pan like duck, though... it can be grease-drippy.

OMG the potatoes fried in the drippings? OM NOM NOM NOM NOM!

Mmm, artery-clogging deliciousness!

I had never considered this possibility.

I'm going to need a cardiologist.
