I'd like to rec a lovely Tosh fic I had the privilege to beta-read recently. golden_d  penned They Still Write Poetry in the Fifty-First Century for the femgenficathon community. Check it out... it's so her and just... really nice.. :)

She is not a linguist by trade or by training, but she is persistent, and when you break it down enough, language is only a series of patterns. Everything is a series of patterns; the whole universe is patterns. Toshiko has always prided herself on being good with patterns (except, she thinks, when it comes to relationships; and even then it is the pattern that is flawed, not her observance of it).

Second, thanks to crack_van for reccing Asleep At The Switch. I was very happy... If you don't know the comm, it's awesome for finding fanworks of all kinds. Man from U.N.C.L.E fanfids! Woo!
