Hey, so I'm in good company as runner-up in a couple of CoT categories: Fave Slash story for Torchwood and Fave Humour story for New Who.

I'm happily surprised. My first slash fic and my first sexually-explicit threesome bodyswap humour fic set on the TARDIS (frankly, it's a huge genre).  :D

Thanks for the votes (and the nominations in the first place, d00dz.). Congratulations to everyone on the f-list (or not) who won or placed. There are tooooo many to list.

Bashing fics do not belong in a category dedicated to a character. Every character is a fan favorite for someone and NEGATIVITY IS UNFUN. BEING A FAN IS ABOUT HAVING FUN, DAMMIT.

ITA. Yeah, I don't want to be all wanky, either, but sometimes you have to get that off your chest. When I first saw the nominated fics, there were just invisible_lift's and the two bashing ones, and I cringed. I was all, "His fic had better win, dammit!" I was happy that there were four fics I would vote for at the end.
