Hey, so I'm in good company as runner-up in a couple of CoT categories: Fave Slash story for Torchwood and Fave Humour story for New Who.

I'm happily surprised. My first slash fic and my first sexually-explicit threesome bodyswap humour fic set on the TARDIS (frankly, it's a huge genre).  :D

I thought it might be wanky/whiny to make a big deal over that (since one of my stories was nominated and my opinion isn't important anyway), but I'm going to say it now.

Bashing fics do not belong in a category dedicated to a character. Every character is a fan favorite for someone and NEGATIVITY IS UNFUN. BEING A FAN IS ABOUT HAVING FUN, DAMMIT. / capslock off.

Your story is absolutely lovely, as is invisible_lift's (and others which were not bashy).
