I mention foreskins during blowjob descriptions, if appropriate. It's just another thing to play with, as far as I'm concerned. I don't see the big deal, and I certainly don't see the squick about it from people who have no qualms writing/reading about rimming etc. But hey, YMMV. It's all cool by me. :)
