It's probably best not to tell Jack; he wouldn't be jealous, but I suspect he would be disappointed and a bit hurt at being left out. On the other hand, he'll have thousands more encounters than the others, and I can really understand Rhys NOT wanting Jack there. He'd be a bit intimidating. But this was both hot and affectionate, and a lot of fun to read.
