I think it some way, that was kinda the point of that part of the episode; how exhausting and de-humanizing it is to live a life in the closet and how good it feels to finally stop.
A deep and good point.
So many people are closeted in terms of... everything. Other things. Sexuality, points of view, etc. It's freeing to just hang it out there.
But yes, being exposed/embarrassed sans consent? Horrible.
