Like Blue, I blame my cats for the fact that my one and a half remaining plants (a peace lily and the remains of a mutant spiderwort) are barely alive only by dint of being shut up in the office where Spencer and Thelma can't get at them. The fact that I forget to go in the office for days on end has nothing to do with their current state.
