Following up on the OT3 poll/discussion, good timing for meta from asimaiyat  on writing poly relationships/threesomes +, etc.  She writes in the White Collar fandom, which is hard core OT3.  :)

No, the last (relatively) recent pics I saw of GDL were promos from the Casimir Effect, and he looked seriously hot in those. Can you point me to pics of his recent hair cut - or even post them to share?

It is a great group photo you've posted above. Is it recent or from a while back? Ianto GDL looks edible in that suit, and I have to admit to really liking the cut of Burn's suit, even if it does look ridiculously like formalwear pajamas!
