I am an out and out multi-shipper but if I had to pick one combination as my only OT3 it would be Methos/Jack/Ianto hands down. Not even Nine/Jack/Rose can compete with those 3 together - or not in my mind at least.

Paris/Kim/Torres (ST: Voyager - I always felt the 3 of them would have been better together this one is probably my very first OT3)
